Alan Hines – Solebury, PA
Alan Hines has studied at The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the St. Ives School for Painting. At the Phillips’ Mill 75th Exhibition, he was awarded The Hughes Award for an Artist Exhibiting at Phillips’ Mill for the First Time, and he won the Award for Best Painting at “Galaxy 2005,” the NOVA Art Show in Doylestown, PA. He is the author of a novel, Square Dancing, which he also adapted for film. In addition, he has written numerous screenplays and teleplays, including The Interrogation of Michael Crowe, which won a Peabody Award in 2003, and Ambulance Girl, starring Kathy Bates. He lives in Solebury, Pennsylvania.
