Cathie McGowan – St. Cloud, FL
A self-taught artist, Cathie McGowan has participated in drawing workshops with Louise Hallauer and watercolor workshops with Anda Chance at the Osceola Center for the Arts (OCFTA). She has exhibited in numerous shows, including the Juried Art Show 2008 at OCFTA, the National Arts Program exhibit 2008 and the OCFTA Juried Drawing Show 2008. She has also exhibited in Kissimmee City Hall.
Cathie’s purpose is to study the details and brilliance of god’s creation through color pencil and watercolor in hopes that others might see the beauty, strength, and details of His creation.
