Seth White

Seth White is a high school art teacher living and working in Huntington, WV. He graduated from Marshall University and has taught art at all grade levels, K-12, for the past twenty-two years. His artwork,”Snow Friends”, was done in oils on hardboard panel. The subject was chosen for a specific reason. He is a cancer survivor and knows that certain therapies cause the patient to feel very warm. He thought a painting such as his might help alleviate, somewhat, the warmth some children might experience during treatment. He hopes the painting will stir memories of good feelings during a stressful hospital stay.
