Susan Leps — Glenmoore, PA

Susan Leps started using her natural talent for painting and drawing at a young age. Gifted with a vivid imagination, she wrote and illustrated her first book when she was only ten years old. This sparked a love of and passion for children's book illustration.
    Susan grew up in upstate New York where she spent most of her childhood enjoying art classes and painting in her spare time. Later, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, with a concentration in Illustration from Syracuse University. After college, she moved to the Philadelphia area and pursued a career in graphic design. But it is in her free time that she really shines, creating illustrations that are both whimsical and playful, and also showing her more serious side by bringing to life beautiful florals and subjects in still life.
    Today, Susan is an active member of the Artist Circle Fine Arts Group in Paoli, PA. She also has reached out to those in need, donating to the Healing Art Works foundation. This is just one reason why Susan is, and always will be, an artist who paints from the heart.
