Deborah Northey – Glenmoore, PA

Deborah Northey lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The farms, old stone houses, and beautiful countryside of the county give her a lifetime of subjects to paint. Choosing watercolors, she began by teaching herself. Along the way, she was fortunate to associate with other artists that generously gave advice on technique. Deb belongs to an artists group called Flying Colors, a group of professional artists that meet to paint and share knowledge and abilities. Flying Colors has an art show yearly. She has been in member and juried shows at Chester County Art Association. She also belongs to and has exhibited in member shows at Chester Springs Art Center. Dorchester Art Center in Cambridge, Maryland has also carried her work.
